Hai Van Pass – Sea Cloud pass – Ocean Clouded pass. This pass is one of the most scenic roads in Central Vietnam. It is situated along the Hai Van mountain side, on the border of Hue and Da Nang. You can see amazing things about the mountain, sky, and ocean on the way. The pass offers unbelievable photograph opportunities on the highest point when touring from Danang to Hue by private car. Elephant Spring | Mo Springs (upon request) – Natural water springs underneath a small waterfall. It has clear and cool water, scattered by huge boulders. It is perfect place for swimming and relax.

Deposit

You can pay by cash after trip or pay online in advance by (Paypal/Credit, Debit Card). Some tours you must deposit some other dont need. And you will finish the balance of the booking for Tour Guide/ Driver when finish the trip. Upon receipt of the deposit, we will send you the confirmation of the reservation as well as the complete itinerary.

Insurance

We are an inbound agency and we do not take care of insurance. The Customers are required to have full travel insurance covered. It is the responsibility of the Customer to read their insurance policy before they travel with us. However, we can act as an intermediary between your insurer and our service suppliers.

Cancellation policy

If the Customer cancels some or all portions of the booking regardless of the reasons, the Customer agrees to pay cancellation fees as follows:

- 2 days before departure day: No cancellation charge
- 1 day before departure day : 50% of the tour price
- Cancel after 12 hours, we will charge 100%

When you receive an email stating: Your booking has been confirmed. To make sure that your booking has been confirmed, we will send you an invoice with itinerary. Please check itinerary to avoid any inconvenience.

How can I pay?

Can your driver speak English?

Our drivers can speak Basic English communication. They are not tour guides so their vocabulary is limited. Though they have vast experience in dealing with foreigners; they can explain about attractions and help you get the most out of your trip.

We needed transportation for two days of our trip to central Vietnam, so we contacted Explore Vietnam. Ms Hong responded quickly and efficiently in her communication. Our family of three from Sydney, Australia, booked a sedan with plenty of room for four pieces of luggage to travel from Danang to Hue. Communication was initially done via email from overseas, but Ms. Hong is very efficient in showing us various options. When we arrived, she checked in to make sure everything was fine and reconfirmed our booking and itinerary. Mr. Quy, our driver, was extremely efficient and friendly, explaining everything to us along the way. We made several stops.
