Deposit

You can pay by cash after trip or pay online in advance by (Paypal/Credit, Debit Card). Some tours you must deposit some other dont need. And you will finish the balance of the booking for Tour Guide/ Driver when finish the trip. Upon receipt of the deposit, we will send you the confirmation of the reservation as well as the complete itinerary.

Insurance

We are an inbound agency and we do not take care of insurance. The Customers are required to have full travel insurance covered. It is the responsibility of the Customer to read their insurance policy before they travel with us. However, we can act as an intermediary between your insurer and our service suppliers.

Cancellation policy

If the Customer cancels some or all portions of the booking regardless of the reasons, the Customer agrees to pay cancellation fees as follows:

- 2 days before departure day: No cancellation charge
- 1 day before departure day : 50% of the tour price
- Cancel after 12 hours, we will charge 100%

How will I know my booking has been confirmed?

When you receive an email stating: Your booking has been confirmed. To make sure that your booking has been confirmed, we will send you an invoice with itinerary. Please check itinerary to avoid any inconvenience.

How can I pay?

- Paypal (pay extra 5% for transaction fee) - Credit card at our office (pay extra 3% for banking fee) - Cash at our office or to driver

Can your driver speak English?

Our drivers can speak Basic English communication. They are not tour guides so their vocabulary is limited. Though they have vast experience in dealing with foreigners; they can explain about attractions and help you get the most out of your trip.

Communication, booking, and payment were all simple and easy via WhatsApp. We used their service to get from Da Nang to our hotel in Hue, and we had a great time. They were booked again for our trip from Hue to Hoi An. Mr. Hieu was our driver, and he was fantastic! He speaks English fluently and is an excellent storyteller. The car arrived on time, was clean, and had excellent air conditioning. There was also water and tissues. Mr. Dung, my driver, spoke excellent English and taught me a lot about Vietnamese culture, heritage, and the history of all the places we stopped to visit or just to take photos. Mr. Quy gave us a fantastic private tour. From Da Nang to Hue, he drove us. We drove over the Hai Van pass, stopping for photos and refreshments. We stopped at Lap a Lagoon for some fresh oysters and a beautiful view. Mr. Quy was a very safe and friendly driver. The car was in good condition.

We needed transportation for two days of our trip to central Vietnam, so we contacted Explore Vietnam. Ms Hong responded quickly and efficiently in her communication. We arranged for a direct transfer from Da Nang to Hue, as well as a day trip in Hue. We were sent simple payment links for credit card prepayment, and the prices were very reasonable. . It was a pleasure to travel from Hoian to Vinpearl Hue with our driver Quy. He spoke excellent English and made several beautiful stops along the way. We also had lunch at Lap An lagoon and drank the best Vietnamese coffee we’d ever had. I highly recommend it, as well as Quy.

Our family of three from Sydney, Australia, booked a sedan with plenty of room for four pieces of luggage to travel from Danang to Hue. Communication was initially done via email from overseas, but Ms. Hong is very efficient in showing us various options. When we arrived, she checked in to make sure everything was fine and reconfirmed our booking and itinerary. Mr. Quy, our driver, was extremely efficient and friendly, explaining everything to us along the way. We made several stops. Driving in Vietnam is a mental challenge for people from other countries, and our driver recognized this and was not rushing.
