My Khe Beach – one of six most charming beaches in the planet (voted by American Economic Review Forbes). It is located about 6 km East of Da Nang and 24 km north of Hoi An. This beach has large space, nice view, white sands and crystal clear water. Good for sunbathing and surfing.

Linh Ung Pagoda (upon request) – a meeting place of heaven and earth’s sacred air. It is the largest pagoda of scale and artistic architecture in Da Nang. Especially. There has Lady Buddha statue that is considered as the highest statue in Vietnam (67 meters).

The Marble Mountains (upon request)– five elements mountains (water, wood, fire, gold and earth). It is 8 kilometers south of Da Nang city. Five marble and limestone mountains are a well-known pilgrimage site with caves, peaks, statues and temples. It offer amazing views in here.

Deposit

You can pay by cash after trip or pay online in advance by (Paypal/Credit, Debit Card). Some tours you must deposit some other dont need. And you will finish the balance of the booking for Tour Guide/ Driver when finish the trip. Upon receipt of the deposit, we will send you the confirmation of the reservation as well as the complete itinerary.

Insurance

We are an inbound agency and we do not take care of insurance. The Customers are required to have full travel insurance covered. It is the responsibility of the Customer to read their insurance policy before they travel with us. However, we can act as an intermediary between your insurer and our service suppliers.

Cancellation policy

If the Customer cancels some or all portions of the booking regardless of the reasons, the Customer agrees to pay cancellation fees as follows:

- 2 days before departure day: No cancellation charge
- 1 day before departure day : 50% of the tour price
- Cancel after 12 hours, we will charge 100%

For Private Car, Transport Service the price is per car.

How will I know my booking has been confirmed?

When you receive an email stating: Your booking has been confirmed. To make sure that your booking has been confirmed, we will send you an invoice with itinerary. Please check itinerary to avoid any inconvenience.

How can I pay?

- Paypal (pay extra 5% for transaction fee) - Credit card at our office (pay extra 3% for banking fee) - Cash at our office or to driver

Can your driver speak English?

Our drivers can speak Basic English communication. They are not tour guides so their vocabulary is limited. Though they have vast experience in dealing with foreigners; they can explain about attractions and help you get the most out of your trip.

Efficient and easy to deal with Explore Vietnam Cars Team for transport between Da Nang Airport and Hoi An. Mr Ben pickup us at the airport on time, the car is quite clean and in good condition. My husband and I landed at Da Nang International airport late because the flight was delayed. Our driver patiently waited for us while we pick up our luggage and also pick up SIM card. Very pleased with the itinerary that was set up around Da Nang: Marble Mountains, Linh Ung Pagoda, Cham Museum, Dragon Bridge and then dropped off at Hoi An hotel. There was no time limit at each stop and we were’t rushed at all, which made the trip very enjoyable and relaxed.

Great for private tours
We arranged the private transfer with Sanxe and Top – the driver to pick us up from Da Nang airport and take us to Hoi An where we spent 1 night. Over the next few days, John took us to Ba Na Hills, Hue and around Da Nang.
John was always punctual and the vehicle he arranged for our group of 3 was very comfortable. He provided us with explanations for the sites we visited as well as life in Vietnam as a whole which I found very interesting. I’d definitely recommend Explore Vietnam Car Rental as we got good value for money as well. Having our own private car made a big difference to the comfort and value for money on this trip.
