Hoi An 2 days 1 nights Tour

DAY 1: Hoi An

8:00 am: Our car and tour guide will pick you up at your hotel in Hoi An/ Da Nang airport or Da Nang City and depart to discover My Son Sanctuary – considered as the holy place for Cham People.

• My Son Sanctuary, which is UNESCO World Heritage Site, is regarded as one of the main religious centers of Hinduism in Southeast Asia. It is located near the village of Duy Phu, Duy Xuyen District, Quang Nam, about 70km southwest of Da Nang. This royal burial ground is an architectural ensemble of more than 70 structures devoted to Hindu gods and goddesses in tropical jungle surroundings.

Have lunch and take a short rest before transferring to Hoi An Old Town.

• Hoi An Old Town was trading port dating from the 15th to the 19th century. The old town reflects a fusion of indigenous and foreign cultures with its buildings and its street plan. It is also known as a shopping paradise that attracts tourists. Exploring Hoi An, we will have a chance to visit Hoi An Market, Japanese covered bridge, Phuc Kien Chinese Assembly Hall, handicraft shops and artwork galleries.

After visiting Hoi An Old town, the car will drop you off at the hotel. Have free time and overnight in Hoi An.

DAY 2: Hoi An – Hue – Hoi An

7:30 am: We will pick you up at your hotel and transfer to Hue. On the way from Hoi An to Hue, the car will stop for you to visit some beautiful attraction:

• Marble Mountain – the five limestone and marble hills that are each named after one of the five elements: fire (Hoa), wood (Moc), metal (Kim), water (Thuy) and earth (Tho). You can explore caves and hidden tunnels, ancient religious monuments,… Besides that, you can also visit Non Nuoc stone carving village at the foot of mountain.
• My Khe Beach – one of the best six beaches in the world. It is a 9 km stretch of smooth sand, slight slope, cool and crystal water. The beach is next to the city centre with a dark green poplar forest behind it.
• Hai Van Pass – the highest pass in Vietnam (500m above sea level). This Ocean Clouds pass is scenic route by East Sea and also a border of Da Nang and Hue. From Hai Van pass, you can see the beautiful Lang Co Bay with white sand band cover Lang Co Town and the panoramic view of Da nang city.

12:30 pm: Arrive in Hue. Have lunch at a local restaurant serving the best Hue dishes and take a short rest.

Continue the trip to visit:

• The Citadel – the most massive structure built in modern history of Vietnam. It was made UNESCO Site in 1993. It is a walled fortress and palace belonged to the capital city of the Nguyen Dynasty from 1805 until 1945.
• Thien Mu Pagoda – one of the oldest and prettiest pagoda in Hue. Among the many interesting artifacts in here is the car that took the monk Thich Quang Duc to his self-immolation in 1963. (Please wear clothes that cover your knees when visiting this pagoda)

Then you will get on a dragon boat along the Perfume River to take in the peaceful scenery of city.

4:00 pm: Return to Hoi An. The car will take you back to your hotel in Da Nang/ Hoi An. End of trip!
