Hoi An My Son sunrise with Mr Tonny
Fantastic tour. Mr Tonny our guide was very helpful and had very good knowledge of the site. I learned so much about the history. Mr Tonny is also a good photographer and took photos of us both- great pics.
Our return journey we had a very good history lesson about Vietnam. Very interesting journey. We loved it and I highly recommend.
Went with husband and two kids- 11,7. Hired a private tour, it was about an hour and a bit from Hoi An. We got there about 9am, was quite a warm morning so took water and fans with us.
We all really enjoyed the walk and checking out the ancient religious sites of the Cham people. It took us nearly 2 hours to get around the sites.
Definitely worked out better getting their early as less crowded, quite a few buses were arriving as we left about midday.
Definitely recommend visiting My Son.
Good Trip
Our tour guide Nam Pham was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very educational about not just the temples but also the city. He spoke amazing English he was very easy to understand and made the tour so enjoyable. The driver was very friendly as well with an immaculate kept car. I will recommend this tour for all of my friends.
Great experience about Cham culture
We are amazed how innovative the cham people were being able to build from those bricks. The cultural show was also fun. Lots of choices, toilet is clean. Parking for 5K is also available.
Excellent Experience
A unique religious and historical site. Well worth the time and effort to visit. Our guide (Nam) was well spoken, knowledgeable and personable. The included dance performance was way better than I had expected.
I suggest taking the tour as early in the morning as possible; in our case that meant departing Hoi An 07: 00 am. As a result when we arrived everything was quiet and accessible. By the time we left, the place was packed with visitors.
Interesting and unique
We have been to Angkor Wat but thought My Son was also worth the visit. Luckily the weather was cooler and nice and there were no crowds, most everyone cleared out by lunch. Our Guide was excellent. Afterwards we went to the different relic areas and explored. The museum was good too. Not sure if this would be as good in brutally hot weather or with crowds but we loved it.
Everything about this tour is top-notch from the timely pickup to the friendly guides. Once we get to My Son Sanctuary, we visited lots of historical attractions and we had enough time for pee and picture breaks. We also get to hear in detail the history of each attraction that we visited by our knowledgeable guide. I enjoyed my time on this tour and I will surely recommend it to my friends coming to Hoi An next month. Thanks.
My wife really loved this tour as she is a sucker for historical attractions. On this tour, you are going to discover numerous historical landmarks and the best thing is that the guide will give you insights into the history of each landmark. The highlight of the tour for me is the boat adventure on Thu Bon River to Kim Bong carpentry village.
This tour offers a thrilling adventure that will leave you coming back to Vietnam. Our friendly guide showed us a variety of historical and iconic landmarks with a great history. The highlight of the tour for me is the traditional Apsara dance which is performed by the descendants of Cham People.
My highlight while in Hoi An is the My Son Sanctuary Tour as I get to experience the history and culture of Vietnam at its best. Another thing is that our guide is amazing and he is ready to show us all about the history and culture of the city. We are also shown numerous historical landmarks and you will feel like you step back into the past, thanks for the thrilling experience.
I joined this tour and I enjoyed a thrilling adventure. Our guide is accommodating and ready to go extra miles to satisfy us. The highlight of this tour is the temple ruins of the My Son Holy Land which is a burial place for Cham royalties and national heroes. It was like we walk back into the past, thanks for this experience.
Absolutely amazing, I highly recommend this tour. Thanks for the mind-blowing experience.
