Hue Imperial City is the most prominent landmark of Hue for tourists visiting a hidden charm of Vietnam. It is one of Vietnam’s seven World Heritage Sites protected by UNESCO. This must-see attraction is the sprawling fortress and the palace belonged to the ancient city of Hue, which was founded in 1804 by Gia Long Emperor for the royal family. The citadel palace complex is three circles of ramparts: Hue Capital Citadel, Royal Citadel and Forbidden Citadel. Furthermore, it hosts an amazing collection of oriental architecture.

HUE IMPERIAL CITY WALKING TOUR

8.00 am or 02.00 pm: Our guide will wait you at Lac Thien restaurant, 06 Dinh Tien Hoang street, Hue city. You will start to go into Thuong Tu Entrance and learn about an amazing life story of Gia Long Emperor.

Go into The Citadel to stand ourselves in front of Nine Holy Cannons, Phoenix Tower and the Flag Tower.
Start to do a walking tour inside the Hue Imperial City to Noon Gate. Visit Supreme Harmony Palace (Thai Hoa Palace) after walking 330 feet across Trung Dao Bridge and learn about its royal art and architecture. Furthermore, you have a chance to learn about the Nguyen Emperor’s ruling system.
You will explore the Emperors of the Nguyen Dynasty and their family’s lives in the Hue Forbidden City. Visit The To Temple, Hien Lam Cac, Cuu Dinh and listen to extra-ordinary stories of each Nguyen Emperors. Enjoy the charming Queen’s Mother Residences, Dien Tho Palace and Truong Sanh Place.
Finally, your Hue Imperial City walking tour will finish at the Museum of Antiquities before a stop at the Co Ha Royal Garden and Duyet Thi Duong Royal Theater. The glory of Nguyen Dynasty through their valuable treasures would be also told at these sites.

Upon receipt of the deposit, we will send you the confirmation of the reservation as well as the complete itinerary.

Cancellation policy

If the Customer cancels some or all portions of the booking regardless of the reasons, the Customer agrees to pay cancellation fees as follows:

- 2 days before departure day: No cancellation charge
- 1 day before departure day : 50% of the tour price
- Cancel after 12 hours, we will charge 100%
