• Linh Ung Pagoda – Danang’s biggest and most stunning pagoda. The highlights of this place are the cool weather, the beautiful scenery, and the abundance of wild monkeys. In addition, the tallest Lady Buddha Statue in Vietnam, with a height of 67m above sea level, will take your breath away. In the middle of the city’s activity, you can find a sense of inner calm, relaxation, and quiet at this serene location on the gorgeous Monkey Mountain.
• The over 1000 year Banyan Tree: The Banyan tree, which grows to a height of 700m above sea level, stands majestically with luxuriant and interlacing foliage. You will be impressed by the massive body of the banyan tree, which stands 20m tall and has a circumference of up to 10m in diameter, surrounded by about 26 roots that form interesting and unusual shapes. The banyan tree, with its large foliage, branches, and strong roots, serves as a shelter and resting place for many visitors on their way to discover Monkey Mountain. The 1000-year-old banyan looks like a massive palace in the middle of the jungle.
• Ban Co Peak – the “roof” of Vietnam’s most livable city. Ban Co Peak, located on the mountain top of Monkey Mountain, is nearly 700 meters above sea level. It is an excellent location for sightseeing, taking in the fresh air, and admiring the spectacular view of the coastal city. You can see the entire city of Da Nang from here. At 700m, the city bridges of Da Nang, the ocean, and the blue sky are now at your feet. Even though the journey to this summit is treacherous and winding, it’s worth it if you want to witness the sunrise or sunset from there.
