Deposit

You can pay by cash after trip or pay online in advance by (Paypal/Credit, Debit Card). Some tours you must deposit some other dont need. And you will finish the balance of the booking for Tour Guide/ Driver when finish the trip. Upon receipt of the deposit, we will send you the confirmation of the reservation as well as the complete itinerary.

Insurance

We are an inbound agency and we do not take care of insurance. The Customers are required to have full travel insurance covered. It is the responsibility of the Customer to read their insurance policy before they travel with us. However, we can act as an intermediary between your insurer and our service suppliers.

Cancellation policy

If the Customer cancels some or all portions of the booking regardless of the reasons, the Customer agrees to pay cancellation fees as follows:

- 2 days before departure day: No cancellation charge
- 1 day before departure day : 50% of the tour price
- Cancel after 12 hours, we will charge 100%

Can your driver speak English?

Our drivers can speak Basic English communication. They are not tour guides so their vocabulary is limited. Though they have vast experience in dealing with foreigners; they can explain about attractions and help you get the most out of your trip.

We booked our trip from Hoi An to Bach Ma national park. We were located in hotel of Hoi An which is at least 2 hours away by private car. You may feel like doing the hiking trip on your own but the route of that is quite dificult to do by yourself. Hung organized everything well to the smallest detail. He hiked with us and showed us all the informations of the Bach Ma national park while the friendly driver was waiting at strategic points. It was really a smooth trip which would require quite sometime of organizing. Keep in mind that the trails in the Bach Ma national park are not cleary marked. Sometimes it does not seem that there is a same one

It was really a great trip in company of our friendly driver from hoi an to Bach Ma National Park. The park was so fabulous and you will really get this sense of untouched nature. It’s very few traveller and other groups to ruin on your day and the trail we walked felt so secret. Hung really knew his stuff, we visited an old Viet Cong tunnel full of bats. Bach Ma National Park is really a must see in this region of Vietnam, I am surprised this place is not more popular. Totally highly recommended.
