This is an interactive and enjoyable cooking class that I will implore you not to miss while in Hoi An. In this class, I was taught how to source fresh ingredients at the market, cook mouthwatering dishes in a traditional way and before eating the dishes. I cannot wait to showcase my acquired cooking skills to my wife once I get home. Thanks.
This is definitely among the best thing I did in Hoi An. In this cooking class, I get to soak in the atmosphere of the vibrant Hoi An market, go on a coconut basket boats around an enchanting coconut forest, and also get to make and try out the local delicacies. Thanks for the experience.
I am really glad we joined this cooking class as it is one of the highlights of our vacation in Hoi An for my wife. She loved the picturesque scenery of the kitchen where we are taught how to cook. The kitchen is neat and we are taught how to cook different local cuisines. My favorite part was when we are tasting the fruit of our handiwork and I cannot believe I made mouth-watering GoiHoaChuoi (banana flower salad) myself
We joined this cooking class while in Hoi An and it was the best decision we made while in the city. The class is affordable and we got to enjoy both cultural and gastronomic experiences while at the class. We also went on a thrilling adventure on a coconut basket boats around picturesque coconut forest where we took Instagram-worthy pictures. The cooking class is also interactive and we are glad we decided to join this class.
I joined this cooking class to learn how to cook my favorite Vietnamese dish BanxXeo and it was a great experience. I also get to improve my haggling skills and learn how to choose the freshest ingredients in the market. In addition to learning how to cook BanxXeo, we also cooked varieties of other dishes. The cooking class experience then ended as we tried out our dish before we head back to the hotel.
I got to enjoy a mouthwatering gastronomy experience of the local cuisines in Hoi An by joining this cooking class. The best thing about this class is that we will go and source for fresh ingredients for the dishes where we learned about the diversity of vegetables, fruits, herbs, and spices available in the country. We then went on a thrilling adventure around the enchanting coconut forest on a coconut basket boats before we head to the kitchen with coconut trees backdrops. We were then taught how to cook varieties of local delicacies such as Pho Bo (Beef Noodle Soup), Sweet & Sour Fish Sauce, GoiCuon (Fresh Spring Rolls). This class is interactive and enjoyable and we then try out the mouth-watering local delicacies we cooked before we were taking back to our hotel. I enjoyed this class, I canāt wait to showcase my cooking skill once I get home, thanks.
