Mekong Delta Tour
Cai Be floating market is small and less touristy floating market compared to huge Cai Rang floating market in Can Tho. Small as it is, the Cai Be floating market reflects an authentic rustic Southern Vietnamese life. Everyday it will start with small boats gathering in Cai Be floating market trading their locally produced items, mostly fruits and vegetables, creating a lively and vibrant fair.
Cai Be is a district in the west of Tien Giang province which takes about a 2 hour drive from Ho Chi Minh City. Probably one of the best things when cruising along the Cai Be floating market is the spectacular view of the Tan Phong Island. Tan Phong Island is composed of 6 individually beautiful islets making Tan Phong Island one of the famous ecotourism attractions in the Mekong Delta.
