• 9:00 am: We will meet you at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh city and go to a Vietnamese traditional market to learn about all fresh ingredients in the market.
• You will also have a chance to purchase some ingredients or souvenirs. Here, observe the humming perspective of the market and get an understanding of their prices.
• After going around, take a rest and enjoy nice Vietnamese fruits before going to the cooking class.
• Ho Chi Minh offer the following menu you can cook:

     1. Goi Cuon (Fresh Spring Rolls) – a mixture of fresh rice noodles, pieces of pork, shrimp and then stuffed with leaves and fresh herbs before being wrapped.

     2. Banh Xeo (Steamed Rice Cake) – a thin layer of batter is fried in the oil, then combined with pork, shrimp and bean sprouts

     3. Bun Thit Nuong (Grilled Pork Noodle) – the dish normally begins with fresh rice vermicelli noodles, skewers of grilled pork, fresh vegetable and finally a sweet and salty fish sauce
