Marble Mountains Tour From Hoi An/ Danang:

Marble Mountains is one of the most popular attractions in Da Nang City. It is a cluster of five hills made from limestone and marble rising on a sandy beach, each named for a different element (wood, fire, earth, water, and metal).

Marble Mountains is located at 25 km away from Hoi An to the North. It was recognized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as a National Cultural History Monument in1990.

This site not only have been a place of Buddhist worship for centuries but also have played a role in Vietnam’s history from its beginnings. It is a well-known pilgrimage site with temples, caves, tunnels and peaks all just waiting to be discovered.

MARBLE MOUNTAIN TOUR FROM HOI AN/ DANANG

8.00 am: Our car and Guide will pick you up in your hotel in Hoi An/ Danang and depart for Marble Mountain in Da Nang.
Climb up the highest of all the mountains – Thuy Son Mountain to explore stunning caves, Buddhist Pagoda and observe several Buddhas, Cham carvings.
Discover Am Phu Cave – a replica of heaven and hell. It symbolizes nine floors of Buddhist hell. You can find sculptures featuring the Buddhist perception of hell or purgatory in here.
Then, you will visit Non Nuoc Stone Carving Village on the foot of the Marble Mountains. This craft village has a history more than 300 years. Here you can watch the skillful artists at work or find some souvenirs for yourself.
Keep moving ahead and enjoy spectacular views of Da Nang and Son Tra Peninsula when you get to the top.
There are also a host of Buddhist Pagodas and places of worship dotted across the mountains.
Have lunch in a local restaurant.
1.00 pm: The car will drop you off at your hotel in Hoi An/Danang. Say goodbye and see you again. End of the tour!

You can pay by cash after trip or pay online in advance by (Paypal/Credit, Debit Card). Some tours you must deposit some other dont need. And you will finish the balance of the booking for Tour Guide/ Driver when finish the trip. Upon receipt of the deposit, we will send you the confirmation of the reservation as well as the complete itinerary.

Cancellation policy

If the Customer cancels some or all portions of the booking regardless of the reasons, the Customer agrees to pay cancellation fees as follows:

- 2 days before departure day: No cancellation charge
- 1 day before departure day : 50% of the tour price
- Cancel after 12 hours, we will charge 100%

There are two ways to go up this mountain, by climbing or the elevator. Many pagodas, caves inside, so attractive and interesting place. When you get the River Watching Tower, you can see all of 5 mountains, so nice and fresh. Love this place!

The marble mountains exist in a coastal area which is located about 9km south of Da Nang. It’s a well-known site with peaks, caves, tunnels and temples. A lot of mysterious stories about this place need to be discovered. There are also Buddhist sanctuaries and places of worship dotted across the mountains which are a much-visited spiritual site. You can even see a special circular cave here. It leads to the summit, where you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views. In addition, it is called “Ngu Hanh Son” in Vietnamese in case you need!

Marble Mountain is a unique place for sure. I’ve never visited anything quite like it before. The site was smaller than I expected but there is still a lot of walking and climbing up and down stairs. You will sweat on your visit, and I don’t recommend it for people with limited mobility. The signage was confusing – I kept circling around wondering if I’d missed something, but in the end I did the whole thing in just over an hour. I took the elevator up and climbed down, but if you’re up for a challenge I think you could climb up as well. There are just a few caves with statues and when I got to end I actually thought I had missed the main cave because it was smaller than it appears in the photos. In the end I am glad I visited the mountain. I recommend going there it as I did en route from Hoi An to Danang, or as an easy half day day trip from Hoi An.

A must go when you are in Da Nang! Only 20min drive from Danang city Center. We climbed up 300 big steps to the top then visited 3 caves and some temples! Took the lift down , stunning view next to the lift! We enjoyed Marple Mountain so much even it was rainning!!!
