Sapa 3 Days 2 Nights: Hanoi- Sapa – Catcat – Fansipan – Moana Checkin Point- Hanoi is designed for travelers who wish to spend three days and two nights in Sapa and want to save time by visiting the most popular destinations in Sapa. Take part in this journey to stay overnight in a good hotel and explore Fansipan peak, sometimes known as “the roof of Indochina”. You will have time between lines to explore Sapa’s hidden beauties, especially the friendly services provided by Explore Vietnam.
SAPA 3 DAYS 2 NIGHTS
HANOI- SAPA – CATCAT – FANSIPAN – MOANA CHECKIN POINT- HANOI
Day 1: Hanoi – Sapa (Meals: L, D)
- 6:30 am: We will pick you up from the bus station and take you to Sapa on a sleeper bus.
- 7:30 am – 11:45 am: Following the highway to Lao Cai city and stopping for a short break.
- 11:45 am – 01:00 pm: The bus is approaching Sapa Town on the hilly road. On the way, there is a wonderful view of the valley with terraced fields.
- 01:00 pm: Welcome drink and itinerary briefing upon arrival in Sapa Town. Lunch with traditional Vietnamese food, followed by check-in at the accommodation.
- 02:30 pm: A short trek to Cat Cat village, home to the Black H’mong ethnic people and located near the bottom of a deep valley at the foot of Fansipan Peak. Our local guide will show you the daily activities of the people that live here. Trek down to the valley floor to the waterfall, where the French constructed a Hydraulic Power Station. Stop for a snapshot with the bridge and waterfall, then hike uphill to Sapa via stunning countryside in the late afternoon. The trek is around 2.5 kilometers long and takes about 2 hours.
- 05:00 pm: Returning to Sapa Town. Have dinner and spend the night at the hotel with night activities.
Day 2: Sapa – Fansipan Peak – Moana view (Meals: B, L, D)
- 8:00 am: After breakfast at the hotel, your driver and tour guide will take you to the Cable Car Station. Spend 20 minutes on the cable car to take in the beautiful scenery.
- 9:00 am: When you reach an altitude of 2800 meters, you will have plenty of time to enjoy the scenery and take photos, as well as visit pagodas and spiritual destinations. And after climbing 600 steps, you will reach the peak of Fansipan, also known as the Roof of Indochina. (Spend roughly 1.5 hours hiking and photographing).
- 11:30 am: Returning to the Cable Car Station and heading back to Sapa town.
- 12:00 am: Lunch at a local restaurant in Sapa Town.
- In the afternoon: We begin our easy day with a 700m walk to Moana View, which is only 700 meters from the church. Moana View is the most recent checkin station designed specifically for young people who enjoy trying new things. There, you will see the Infinity Lake, the Bali Gate, the Moana Girl statue, the Golden hand, the lonely tree, the thrilling swing, and, most importantly, the panorama Café from which you can see Fansipan hill and the gorgeous Muong Hoa valley. You can prepare beautiful clothes, hats, and other accessories to take the greatest photos.
- 05:00 pm: Returning to Sapa Town. Have dinner and spend the night at the hotel with nighttime activities.
Day 3: Sapa – Hanoi (Meals: B, L)
- In the morning: Breakfast at the hotel, then enjoy your free time to explore Sapa on your own.
- 12:00 am: Check out, eat lunch, and enjoy the rest of your time in Sapa.
- 01:00 – 02:00 pm: Getting on a bus to return to Hanoi, with comfort stops
- 08:00 – 08:30 pm: We’ll say our goodbyes at the bus station. Finish Sapa 3 days – 2 nights tour.
Note:
- A hat, a scarf and warm clothing are recommended because the weather in Sapa is unpredictable. The months of September to March of the following year are often cold.
- Sapa’s altitude makes it foggy at times between December and March of the following year.
- Trekking boots, sunglasses, sunscreen, and insect repellant are all recommended.
- Because Sapa’s banking system is not always available, you should bring cash in Vietnam Dong. The following currencies are accepted: US dollars, euros, and Australian dollars.
