• After sampling a snack from a street cart, walk through 36 old streets to see the maze of bustling streets that make up Hanoi’s Old Quarter.
• Learn about Vietnamese cuisine, Vietnamese history and culture as you sample the dishes at a world full of street food vendors.
• Visit a small restaurant to watch the local chefs at work, then take a seat to dine on Banh cuon (Steamed rice pancake rolls).
