Name of Tam Coc represent the grottos in Hoa Lu District, Ninh Hai commune and Ninh Binh Province. They are listed in UNESCO world heritage site near the village of Tam Coc in Ninh Binh province. Be aware of the scammers in the area because they try to charge hefty amount for bicycle. Its entrance is from a small archway in the mountain on the river bank.
The secret cave temple
This is a small hidden gem that can be found while going toward the Thung Nham or Bich Dong Pagoda. It takes only ten minutes to reach the attraction. If you have a phobia of bats, then avoid visiting it because there are many bats at the entrance of the cave. There is a small shrine in the cave where you can pray. Mua Caves
It is a wonderful tourist spot of Tam Coc from where you can see rice fields and limestone cliff views. This can be accessed by walking 500 steps whereas it’s totally worth it because there are a lot of things to see in the area. There is a park that you can visit in a very small entrance fee. It has swings, ponds, small sculptures and caves.
