It is one of the very important part of the history of Vietnam. This area was very devastated during American war. Phong Nha cave<\/em><\/strong> network has some of the enormous natural caves in the world. They were used as shelters by many people to protect themselves from continuous bombing. Phong Nha has a largest cave in the world called Hang Son Doong that is more than 3 million years old. This cave is enormous that it has its own climate, a jungle, river and a variety of plants and animal species.<\/p>\n
